Our turnaround times vary depending on the size of the order. See below for our standard production times:

We are based in both Los Angeles, California, and Saigon, Vietnam, where our products are manufactured in-house. Our LA address is primarily for mailing purposes, and we do not have staff on-site to assist customers.

Generally, we cannot accommodate changes to the design once production has started. However, in rare cases, exceptions can be made, which may result in delays. Please ensure your design is finalized before placing your order to avoid complications.

We provide a size guide on our website to help you find the best fit. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance.

In addition to credit cards and PayPal, we also accept checks. However, paying by check may delay the turnaround time, depending on when the check arrives.
